    From there, we can adjust and upgrade based on your event’s needs.

  • Because we’re a fully mobile coffee catering service, we can serve almost any kind of event as long as there’s access to power. Work parties, teacher appreciation events, conferences, birthdays, showers, open houses – if people are gathering, we can bring the coffee.

  • We serve Southern California, with a focus on the Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles, and nearby surrounding areas.

  • Absolutely. You can email us or fill out the inquiry form and share your ideas. We can collaborate on:

    • Custom drink menus (including your favorite coffee order)

    • Branded displays and signage

    • Adding your company or event logo to our cart or menu

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as those dates fill up quickly. However, if your event is coming up soon, still reach out β€” if we’re available, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Pricing depends on factors like guest count, service duration, location, and menu customization. Once you submit an inquiry with those details, we’ll provide a customized quote for your event.

  • Yes, we have a minimum service fee to reserve the cart for your event. This helps cover staffing, travel, and setup. We’ll outline the minimums clearly in your custom quote. Email us or use our simple inquiry form!

  • Service time varies by event, but most bookings range from 2 to 4 hours. If you need extended service, let us know in your inquiry and we can build that into your quote.

  • We typically need:

    • Access to at least one standard electrical outlet (110V)

    • A flat surface with enough space for our cart and baristas to work comfortably

    If your event is outdoors or in a unique location, we can talk through specifics and solutions.

  • Yes. We can set up indoors or outdoors as long as the space is accessible, safe, and has the power we need. For outdoor events, we may need shade/cover depending on weather and equipment requirements.

  • We offer alternative milks and non-coffee options, and we can design a menu that is friendly to various dietary preferences. If you or your guests have specific allergies, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Absolutely. Alongside our coffee offerings, we can include hot chocolate, hot teas, and matcha (by request) to make sure every guest feels included. If you’re dreaming up something specific, let us know! We’re happy to explore options with you.

  • Yes, a non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due by a specified date before your event. Final payment terms will be outlined in your proposal and invoice.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Your deposit may be non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling if our calendar allows. Specific terms are provided in your booking agreement. Email us for more information!

  • Yes. We can incorporate your logo into our cart, menu, and select displays. Share your branding assets (logo files, colors, etc.) when you inquire, and we’ll discuss options and any associated costs.
