Serving the Seattle Seahawks During Super Bowl LX Week
Seattle Seahawks | Super Bowl LX | Bay Area, California | February 4–8, 2026
There are some events where hospitality has to do more than simply impress.
It has to fit seamlessly into the environment.
During Super Bowl LX week, Kasama Coffee Collective was invited into a private, highly credentialed space in the Bay Area to provide the Seattle Seahawks with their daily morning coffee experience leading into the biggest game of their season.
From Wednesday through Super Bowl Sunday, our team served Seahawks players, coaches, staff, and executives with two custom coffee carts for approximately five hours each day.
Five mornings. Two carts. Roughly 625 drinks.
And an opportunity we did not take lightly.
Becoming Part of the Morning Routine
The original ask was simple: create a consistent morning coffee experience for the team throughout Super Bowl week.
But the environment was anything but ordinary.
Security was significant. Access was tightly controlled. Schedules mattered. Privacy mattered. And every vendor entering the space needed to operate at a level that matched the importance of the week.
Our job was to arrive prepared, understand the environment around us, and make the coffee experience feel as though it had always belonged there.
Over the course of the week, Kasama became part of the team’s morning rhythm.
Players and staff would stop by the carts for their usual drinks, conversations started to become familiar, and what began as an event service started to feel more like a daily ritual.
That is one of our favorite parts of hospitality.
A Custom Seahawks Coffee Experience
We wanted the presentation to feel intentional without overwhelming the environment.
Both carts featured custom Seattle Seahawks branding along with branded menus created specifically for the week.
We also brought our latte printer, allowing Seahawks logos to be printed directly onto drinks.
Alongside the custom presentation, we served Kasama’s signature espresso and matcha menu.
Two of our signature flavors, Cookie Butter and Vanilla Lavender, were available throughout the week, with Vanilla Lavender quickly becoming a favorite among the players.
Matcha was available each morning as well, and one of the unexpected highlights was getting to introduce several players to matcha for the first time.
For us, those small interactions are often what make an event memorable.
High Touch Hospitality in a High Profile Environment
Serving inside a private Super Bowl team environment required a different kind of execution.
There was no room for unnecessary disruption.
Our team needed to understand when to engage, when to step back, how to adapt around changing schedules, and how to maintain our standard of hospitality while respecting the privacy and security surrounding the team.
The goal was not to be the center of attention.
The goal was to become a seamless part of the environment.
For five consecutive days, that meant arriving prepared, maintaining consistency, remembering preferences, serving efficiently, and making sure every interaction reflected the level of hospitality Kasama is built around.
Approximately 125 drinks were served each day, totaling roughly 625 drinks throughout the week.
But the number of drinks only tells part of the story.
More Than Coffee
By the end of the week, the response from players, staff, and our point of contact had been overwhelmingly positive.
Our point of contact was especially pleased with the service and hospitality our team provided, and seeing players return to the carts each morning became one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.
At one point, members of the staff even joked that if Seattle won the Super Bowl, Kasama deserved a championship ring too.
Later that Sunday, the Seahawks did exactly that.
For us, getting to play even a very small role in the team’s Super Bowl week experience was something we will always remember.
Not because of the size of the stage, but because of the trust involved.
We were invited into an environment very few people had access to and asked to help take care of a group preparing for one of the biggest moments in professional sports.
That trust means a lot to us.
Hospitality for the Moments That Matter
Whether we are serving professional athletes, executives, production teams, corporate employees, or guests at a private event, our approach stays the same.
Pay attention.
Be prepared.
Make exceptional drinks.
Take care of people.
And understand that sometimes the best hospitality is the kind that feels completely effortless to the guest.
Super Bowl LX week gave us an opportunity to do exactly that on an extraordinary stage.
